This service is needed in the world of work because it can help improve company performance to be productive. Therefore, we are here as a quality outsourcing service provider in Indonesia with services in the telecommunications, finance, banking, insurance, financing, retail, logistics, manufacturing and so on industries.
Besides intensifying the provision of services, we are also focusing on the development of the telecollection system. We also distribute highly competent HR which is our commitment to help companies improve their performance. We have handled more than 50 companies engaged in large corporate sectors such as finance, banking, financing, retail, logistics, manufacturing and other corporate-based companies. 2007
SIMGROUP Established
1 Agustus 2007 PT. Swakarya Insan Mandiri (PT.SIM) berdiri yang berlokasi di Sunter. PT.SIM merupakan cikal bakal berdirinya SIMGROUP.
2010
Wisma SIM Established
SIMGROUP terus tumbuh dan berkembang, di tahun ini SIMGROUP membangun gedung pertamanya yang diberi nama Wisma SIM. Nama Wisma SIM dipilih sebagai bentuk harapan SIMGROUP dapat menjadi rumah kedua bagi setiap karyawan. Wisma SIM berlokasi di Jl.Kebagusan Raya, Jakarta Selatan.
2012
Pertumbuhan Bisnis Alih Daya (Outsourcing)
Pelaksanaan alih daya di Indonesia tahun 2012 diwarnai dengan diterbitkannya Perenaker No. 19 Tahun 2012 yang mengatur tentang pelaksanaan perjanjian pemborongan pekerjaan dan perjanjian penyediaan jasa pekerja buruh. Dengan adanya kebijakan tersebut SIMGROUP cepat beradaptasi untuk mengikuti perubahan yang ada. Di tahun ini SIMGROUP memiliki lebih dari 12.000 karyawan outsource yang dikelola oleh 6 cabang di wilayah Indonesia.
2013
Perluasan Bisnis
Selain fokus di pengelolaan tenaga alih daya, di tahun ini SIMGROUP membangun kompetensi baru yaitu layanan Contact Center. Layanan ini dikhususkan untuk Telecollection, Telesales, Televerification dan Customer Service.
2016
Aktif di Asosiasi
Asosiasi berperan penting dalam membangun hubungan bisnis. Untuk itu SIMGROUP aktif bergabung di Asosiasi industri seperti Indonesia Contact Center Association (ICCA) dan Asosiasi Bisnis Alih Daya Indonesia (ABADI) – Sejak Tahun 2009.
2017
Pengembangan Sistem Aplikasi
SIMGROUP mengembangkan sistem aplikasi digital yang melayani keseluruhan ekosistem dalam bisnis. SIMGROUP mengembangkan Mobile Collection System untuk mendukung layanan collection di lapangan dan layanan telecollection.

Quality Management Certification
Di tahun 2018 SIMGROUP berhasil mendapatkan 2 sertifikasi ISO :
1. ISO 9001 (Quality Management System)

2019
Integrasi Sistem Bisnis
Perkembangan industri alih daya terus meningkat yang menuntut SIMGROUP bergerak cepat mengembangkan kembali sistem yang dimiliki dan membangun integrasi antar sistem. Di tahun yang sama SIMGROUP juga memperkenalkan brand SIGESIT untuk layanan office cleaning service yang dikelola oleh SIMGROUP.

Melawan Pandemi Covid-19
“Mengambil Peluang dalam Keterbatasan”
Menghadapi situasi pandemi Covid-19 di awal tahun 2020, SIMGROUP bergerak cepat meluncurkan serangkaian inovasi agar layanan tetap berjalan optimal dan mendukung kebutuhan dari setiap klien SIMGROUP.

Proses operasional SIMGROUP sudah berjalan berbasis sistem dan sudah terintegrasi sehingga dapat memberikan layanan yang optimal untuk semua stake holder.
